Martin Satriano struck the winner for Getafe midway through the first-half, with the result leaving Real Madrid now four points behind LaLiga leaders Barcelona.
Speaking on El Chiringuito in the aftermath, Aguirre didn't hold back: "Madrid almost doesn't generate anything for me. It almost makes me a little lazy. It's a very sad night, but it's not just today, but the last eight months.
"How can you play football so badly? How can you generate so little with the players you have? Madrid plays very badly and the Bernabéu gets bored. You have a very good squad and you don't play anything."
Aguirre went further and pointed directly ar the squad due for the current situation: "The players have left (Carlo) Ancelotti, Xabi Alonso, stranded, and they are leaving (Alvaro) Arbeloa stranded.
"There are many little stars who do whatever they want. They believe that the club is theirs. They believe that the locker room is theirs and when push comes to shove, when they have to work and play football, they don't do it. They don't show their faces."
The talk show host also revealed what has been happening inside the locker room:
"I ask: 'but is there no one to give a voice? Isn't there a leader? What happens in that locker room at half-time or after a loss?' And they tell me: 'There are many people with very thin skin'.
"A heavyweight gives a voice in the locker room: 'Hey, what's going on here? We have to do this', and immediately sparks fly and 'you do more'. It's something worrying.
"That in a locker room there are not two or three leaders who can put their cards on the table at half-time or at the end of a game so that the rest say 'ok, how are we going to improve?’... No. It's all like that if you blame him, he'll jump and there's a strange tension in the locker room..."
