A 1-0 win on Wednesday night against Athletic Bilbao saw La Real reach the final 2-0 on aggregate. It means Real Sociedad will now meet Atletico Madrid in the final.
Matarazzo said afterwards: “The reception was truly amazing, I’ve never experienced anything like it. It felt like the whole stadium was out on the street.

The New Jersey native added, "First, we play Atlético this Saturday in LaLiga. We'll see what happens in that first match.
"Then we have several LaLiga games, and after that, we'll focus on the Cup. Right now, it's time to enjoy this moment.”
