Pekmezci, who discovered Guler at a young age, has made some heavy claims about the 20-year-old this week as he claims that the winger is being bullied by the Madrid squad.
Since arriving in 2023, Guler has struggled to make his mark in the first team under managers Carlo Ancelotti, Xabi Alonso and now Álvaro Arbeloa.
He has completed 90 minutes under Arbeloa just once in the Copa de Rey defeat to Albacete, and it is unlikely he will be allowed much more time on the pitch unless a serious injury occurs.
Speaking to Sports Digitale, Pekmezci suggested that Guler is being forced out the squad and hounded by his teammates.
“Arda Guler is being subjected to mobbing. It's not that he complained to me, but he knew this would happen. I told him to be patient.
"The harassment came from the players. There is a group there that has not been able to accept Arda; unfortunately, they are players with very high egos.
"That's why Xabi Alonso left too.”
A summer move may be on the cards for the Turkish international who does not seem to fit in at the Spanish giants. Pekmezci suggested that the time for patience may be over.
"I told him: 'Be patient.' Arda is very patient, he is very conscious, but even he has started to rebel.”
