Gyokeres and Julian Alvarez both scored from 12 yards either side of the half-time whistle in the first leg as the two sides settled for a 1-1 draw.
Now, the clubs meet again at the Emirates Stadium where Arsenal could book their place in the final against either Paris Saint-Germain or Bayern Munich.
Arsenal made it two wins from their last three matches with a simple 3-0 triumph over Fulham and will seek to bypass the Spanish giants as they continue their momentum.
Gyokeres knows he needs to adapt
Ahead of the game, Gyokeres was asked about his performance against the Cottagers and being dropped against Manchester City.
“Yeah it felt good, felt like I was involved a lot. Helps in performances you’re involved in. In general it was a good game.
“Yeah, of course, you want to score goals, so to reach that is a good thing. But the most important things are coming this month, so we have to do our job.
“I think the biggest challenge is to adapt, a new routine, a new country. It's what you have to do quick, and be ready for all the challenges.
“I think when I score and we win games, it is a satisfaction and a great feeling.”
Training with the best only make Gyokeres better
The Swedish striker’s double in the 3-0 win over Fulham means he now has 14 goals in the Premier League, making him one of the most of the most deadly strikers in the competition.
Questions turned to Arsenal’s training ahead of the game and whether facing two of the best defenders on the planet William Saliba and Gabriel helps him improve.
“I think in training, you can get any better centre-backs than what we have. It is great to train with them. I am blessed to train with them.”
Gyökeres has scored 14 goals since the start of the year in all competitions, more than any other Premier League player as he continues to justify his £55M price tag after signing from Sporting last summer.
