Odegaard, 26, was forced off with a shoulder injury in Arsenal’s 3-0 victory over Ange Postecoglou’s Nottingham Forest over the weekend.

Saka, 24, on the other hand has been out since late August with a hamstring injury and is not expected to return until the end of the month.

Arsenal will be hoping to do a little better this season after the narrowly lost out in the semi-finals to eventual champions PSG last time out.
