The Portuguese attacker has agreed personal terms with the Bundesliga club, while negotiations between the two sides continue over a deal worth around €30 million.
According to Sky Germany, only the final details remain before the move is completed.
In response, Lyon have reportedly reached an agreement with Dortmund to sign 20-year-old Belgian prospect Duranville for a fee of approximately €8.5 million.
The highly rated winger spent last season on loan at Basel, where he made 16 appearances in the Swiss Super League.
Lyon hope Duranville can fill the void left by Moreira’s expected departure this summer.
