AC Milan have reached an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain to sign Portugal international striker Gonçalo Ramos, according to The Athletic.

The 25-year-old forward, currently part of Portugal’s 2026 World Cup squad, is set to join the Rossoneri in a deal that breaks the club’s previous transfer record.

Milan’s former record signing was Rafael Leeo, who arrived from Lille for around €50m.

The report adds that Milan’s investment in Ramos ranks among the biggest in modern Serie A, comparable to Inter Milan’s €74m signing of Romelu Lukaku from Manchester United.

Ramos is said to have completed a medical in Florida, with new Milan head coach Ruben Amorim playing a key role in convincing him to move.

After three seasons in Paris, Ramos departs PSG having scored 45 goals and provided 10 assists in 131 appearances, with his final contribution coming in the Champions League final penalty shoot-out against Arsenal.
