Galatasaray’s recent win over Fenerbahce has all but sealed a fourth consecutive league title, putting them seven points ahead of Fenerbahce.
Fener have now confirmed their decision to sack Todesco, the man brought in to replace Jose Mourinho, as they once again fall behind their arch-rivals.
The club’s statement read: “In line with the decisions taken at the meeting of our board of directors.
“We have parted ways with our Technical Director Domenico Tedesco and his technical staff.
“It has also been decided to part ways with our Sports Director Devin Özek and our Football Coordinator Berke Çelebi.
“We thank them for their contributions to our club and wish them success in their future careers.
“Our Assistant Coach Zeki Murat Göle will lead our team onto the field for the remaining matches of the season.”
