Zola: I knew Maresca would succeed at Chelsea after studying him at Leicester

Zola is delighted seeing his fellow Italian succeeding in the Stamford Bridge dugout.

Before last night's Champions League win against Barcelona, Zola said on Sky Sports: "The Blues have enormous room for improvement.

"There are several young players in the squad who are destined to make an ever-increasing impact.

"I studied Maresca before he arrived in London: he brought  extraordinary organisation to Leicester, and he's doing the same with Chelsea.

"He's brought order, clarity, a clear style of play, and a very clear identity. His philosophy is very effective."
