Fernandes, 21, had a real breakout season for relegated West Ham, popping up with four goals and four assists in his 38 games from central midfield.
Following West Ham’s relegation from the Premier League, however, it’s increasingly likely that the Portugal international will leave this summer.
According to The Athletic, West Ham have informed interested clubs that they will have to pay £80 million to sign him.
It’s understood that West Ham need to raise £150m from player sales this summer, with Fernandes being one of their most sellable assets.
Man United are very interested in Fernandes and have even held talks over a potential fee and wages with the player.
Reigning European Champions PSG are also monitoring the situation.
