Silva will join Steve Potts and Gerard Prenderville, goalkeeping coaches Rui Barbosa and Billy Lepine, and lead fitness coach Jordan Smith, to complete manager Nuno Espirito Santo's staff.

The 49-year-old has reunited with Nuno, having previously served as his assistant at Rio Ave, Valencia, Porto, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Nottingham Forest.
Silva has replaced assistant Paco Jemez after a spell with the Hammers during the second half of last season.
The club are gearing up for life back in the English Championship following their relegation from the Premier League at the end of the 2025/26 campaign.
