Man United are understood to be the front runners, but PSG and Real Madrid are also keen on signing the young Portugal international.
According to The Athletic, Tottenham are now interested in adding him as part of Roberto De Zerbi’s rebuild.
De Zerbi is the one pushing to get the deal done with West Ham setting their asking price for Fernandes at £80 million.
Tottenham are also keen on Newcastle’s Sandro Tonali, Man City’s interest in the midfielder may make that move tricky, however.
