Spurs are undergoing a major overhaul this summer following two successive 17th placed Premier League finishes.
Having already secured the signings of Jan Paul van Hecke and Marcos Senesi, along with an £85 million agreement for West Ham’s Mateus Fernandes, they’re not done yet.
According to journalist Ben Jacobs, Tottenham have made a fresh £90 million offer for Newcastle midfielder Tonali, 26.
Newcastle are still holding out for a fee of £100 million, however, with talks between the two clubs ongoing.
Enzo Maresca’s Man City are also heavily interested in the Italy international having already added Elliot Anderson to their midfield.
