Forest will be aiming to make it five wins on the spin in all tournaments this week whilst Chelsea are aiming to end their 5 games losing streak in the Premier League.
Chelsea could suffer six straight league defeats to nil for the first time ever this week, a loss that would end their chances of finishing within the top 5 in the table.
The Blues have already beaten Forest 3-0 away earlier this season and also won the last league meeting 1-0 at the City Ground in May 2025 which may give the side a much-needed confidence boost.
With Forest having their mind set on the Europa League semi-final second leg with Aston Villa later this week, Chelsea are favourites to win the game as they track down European football.
However, Chelsea are without Filip Jorgensen (Groin/Hip/Pelvic Injury), Levi Colwill (Knee Injury) and Reece James (Thigh Injury) in defence as interim boss Calum McFarlane turns to Trevor Chalobah, Marc Cucurella, Tosin Adarabioyo and Malo Gusto at the back.
Further up the pitch, McFarlane will have to deal with the absence of Estevao (Thigh Injury) and Jamie Bynoe-Gittens (Thigh Injury) as both Joao Pedro and Cole Palmer return to the fold.
Chelsea are looking for their first Premier League victory in exactly two months on Monday afternoon and must pick up 3 points to keep their dreams of European football alive.
