Rosenior insists Caicedo a natural Chelsea leader

The Ecuador midfielder has taken on the captaincy in the absence of Reece James.

"He leads by example and we’re delighted he’s committed his long-term future to the club," said Rosenior ahead of Tuesday's meeting with Brighton.

"He’s somebody who leads by example in his bravery and the way he takes the ball, the way that he presses and tackles and runs and fights for the team.

"They are all the values that I believe get you success."

Caicedo penned a new deal with Chelsea to 2033 last week.
