Burnley were hauled back from going 2-0 ahead before Lyle Foster struck in injury-time to earn the 3-2 triumph.
“It was an incredible feeling when that goal went in,” said Parker. “We deserved that – we’ve been on the wrong end of games like that this season.
“It’s a massive win for us in terms of our development as a squad. Back-to-back wins are never easy to come by in this division. We’ve achieved that with an away win, which is even more satisfying.”
Parker added: “The mentality of this group never ceases to amaze me. To show that determination to go and get a winner in the dying minutes – we earned the right. I’m immensely proud.
“You could tell in the celebrations what it meant – there’s an incredible resilience and character about this group. The mindset to go and get a winner like that, I’m absolutely delighted.”
