Two former bidders for Tottenham are teaming up in an attempt to buy Daniel Levy's stake in the club.

Former chairman Levy holds a 29.9 per cent share in Spurs.

The Sun says billionaire businessman Ng Wing-Fai and American Brooklyn Earick are coming together with an offer for Levy's stake.

Wing-Fai's Hong Kong group and former DJ Earick's consortium both made attempts to buy the Lewis family out of the club last year.

Levy is said to want £1bn to sell his holding, which would price Tottenham at £3.3m.

Sources close to the Lewis family are questioning why any buyer would want Levy’s shares given they have no plans to sell up themselves.
