Jackson, 24, secured a dramatic late move to the German giants on transfer deadline day despite Chelsea trying to cancel the deal at the last minute.
Chelsea lost Liam Delap to a long-term injury in their 2-0 Premier League win over Fulham and had told Jackson to return to London.
The Senegal international has since played against his parent club, coming off the bench for the last minute of Bayern’s 3-1 Champions League win on Wednesday (September 17).
Speaking to RMC Sport, Ali Barat, Jackson’s agent, has admitted the striker’s move to Bayern was the ‘most complicated’ he had to sort over the summer.
"You know, football is really unpredictable. These things happen all the time. I would say the most important thing is to stay calm, not to get too emotional," he said.
"There are always unexpected parameters. For Nico, the key was always his will.
“He wanted Bayern, and our role was to protect that wish and make sure it was respected, even if obstacles arose along the way. Did I think it would collapse? Yes, for a short while I doubted it."
