Harry Hudson, Chelsea's U21 coach, and Dan Hogan, in charge of the U18s, will now work as part of McFarlane's coaching team.
It means Andy Ross and James Simmonds have taken over the U21s, and Frazer Robertson and Tom Howard are leading the U18s.
Set-piece coach Bernardo Cueva and goalkeeper coach Ben Roberts make up McFarlane's senior staff.
