Matthaus admits: Newcastle striker Woltemade already worth over €100M

Matthaus questioned Woltemade after he snubbed Bayern to join Newcastle when leaving VfB Stuttgart over the summer.

"If he wanted to make another move now, he'd be valued at a three-figure sum. His first Premier League goals and his international goal make him even more valuable," Matthäus told BILD.

"However, I expect him to stay at Newcastle for a while before making the next move."

Woltemade left VfB for Newcastle for a fee rising to €90m and has already scored six goals for his new club this season.
