The 21-year-old is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury, picked up in Man United’s 3-2 Premier League win over Arsenal in January.
Dorgu has really come into his own under Michael Carrick, scoring in their win at the Emirates, as well as the 2-0 win over Man City.
Speaking to reporters, Reimer admitted that Dorgu is working to make sure he’s fit for Denmark’s World Cup play-off against North Macedonia on March 26.
He said: “Right now, he is reported injured by Manchester United, and he is until April.
“I know that Patrick has a dream of being ready. I think his biggest motivation right now, when he is running around in that training room, is that he wants to battle everyone and then be ready for that match.
“I’ll only help him keep that dream alive as long as the opportunity exists.”
