Bobb, 22, was handed his first start since the Champions League defeat to Bayer Leverkusen nearly a month ago in City’s Carabao Cup clash with Brentford on Wednesday (December 17).

The winger’s outing didn’t last long though as he was forced off due to injury after just 19 minutes and was replaced by Phil Foden.
It remains to be seen how serious the injury is, but Bobb could join the likes of Rodri, John Stones, Mateo Kovacic, and Jeremy Doku on City’s growing injury list.
