Iraola told the Daily Echo: “I think Adrien is a profile that is not easy to find in the sense of he's 23 but comes from playing a lot of games for his team.
“He was even captain. He has the experience. He speaks very good English.
“So all this gives him all the tools to adapt quickly and after you have to perform and you have to play well.
“But it comes with a package that is not easy to find for a club like us and very happy that he's doing well.”
He added: “I think he has been brilliant these games. But we want him for all the season, not just for the beginning.”
