Erling Haaland expressed his satisfaction after helping Manchester City secure an emphatic 3-0 victory over Brentford FC in the Premier League.

After a goalless first half at the Etihad Stadium, goals from Jeremy Doku, the Norway international and Omar Marmoush handed Pep Guardiola’s men all points at stake.

Speaking after the game, Haaland stated Manchester City were pleased with the result despite feeling they could have scored even more goals.

“It feels good — good to win 3-0,” Haaland told Premier League.com after the match.

“We just missed the last touch, lots of crosses and chances. They’re a good team so we’re happy.”

Haaland also reflected on his own campaign describing it as a season filled with ups and downs while taking pride in his impressive goal tally.

“It’s been an up-and-down season, 26 goals is not bad — it’s more than last season,” he added.

Manchester City’s comfortable victory strengthened their position in the Premier League table while hoping Arsenal stumble against West Ham United.
