Fallows is a former Liverpool recruitment chief, who left the club last year after 12 years at Anfield.

The Daily Mail says Fallows will be joining the team led by co-sporting directors Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley.
He will be involved in scouting and recruitment at Chelsea.
Fallows previously also held roles at Manchester City, Newcastle and Bolton.
