Branthwaite made his first appearance this season for Everton in January due to injury and has since made five appearances.

The centre-half isn't dropping hopes of reaching the World Cup this summer with England.
He said, "Hopefully I'm over it now and I can get some good momentum, keep me hurt-free, play the season done and push for a place in the World Cup group.
"That was my goal at the start of the season. It's going to be hard.
"All I can do is go out and deliver good performance in every fight and give myself the best possible chance."
