The youngster has moved to Spurs immediately after being informed he won't be offered scholarship terms by Chelsea.
Defender Jobling is a current England U16 international and has been registered with Tottenham's U18 team. He also captained Chelsea U16s towards the end of 2025.
Jobling will sign pro terms with Spurs when he turns 17.
