Chelsea have learned Porto’s asking price for goalkeeper Diogo Costa as they seek to bring in a new shot stopper this summer to replace Robert Sanchez between the sticks.
The Blues have been consistently big spenders in the summer and as they seek to sign Costa it not only pushes Sanchez out the side but also Jorgensen who is already second choice.
The 24-year-old moved to the Premier League in the summer of 2024, completing a switch from Villareal for a reported £20M on a seven year deal.
Now, after wanting a move in January before being forced to stay, Jorgensen has reportedly submitted a formal transfer request as he grows tired of not being handed a chance in the first team.
Chelsea are said to be looking for just £15M for the goalkeeper, meaning the club will make around a £5M loss if the valuation is met over the coming months.
Jorgensen made just 12 appearances across all competitions for Chelsea this season, but there should be plenty of interest in the young goalkeeper this summer, especially at just £15M which is a bargain for the Danish star.
The Blues will soon welcome Mike Penders back from his loan deal at sister club Strasbourg, pushing Jorgensen out of the side even further.
