Zian Flemming's header in the third minute of second half stoppage-time earned the draw, after Joao Pedro had earlier handed Chelsea - who were reduced to ten men when Wesley Fofana was dismissed 18 minutes from time - a fourth minute lead.
"We are very frustrated with the result, and especially because we did exactly the same in the last (Premier League) game (against Leeds)," said Pedro afterwards.
"We did enough to win the game, but we couldn’t find the second goal that we needed. We need to find solutions in these types of games, because we need to earn points in the Premier League.
"We need to win these types of games, and we are just very frustrated that we weren’t able to see the game out (from a winning position).
"I think the red card made things difficult but we still had enough about us to get the win. Before the red card, we should have put the game to bed.
"When you go to a man less, of course things get more difficult. I didn’t really see the incident too clearly, but we need to learn how to manage the game in those situations because, regardless of having a man less, we are Chelsea and these type of games at home we have to win."
