Rosenior, 41, was sacked after Chelsea suffered their fifth consecutive Premier League defeat without scoring a single goal against Brighton on Tuesday (April 21).
The Englishman lasted just 107 days in the job at Stamford Bridge, the shortest non-caretaker tenure in Chelsea history, averaging just 1.5 points per game.
According to RMC Sport, Chelsea have already reached out to Iraola about potentially taking over in the summer.
It’s understood that Chelsea aren’t looking to make a permanent appointment until the end of the season, with Calum McFarlane taking charge on an interim basis.
The 43-year-old has already announced that he will be leaving Bournemouth once his contract expires this summer.
