Chelsea have held an interest in Mainoo, 20, since he broke into the first team at Man United and reportedly moved to sign him last January.

Mainoo has since fallen out of favour under Ruben Amorim and continues to push for a move away after having a loan request turned down in the summer.
According to Caught Offside, at least 12 major clubs from England and mainland Europe are interested in signing Mainoo.
The report adds that Chelsea are leading the way alongside Bayern Munich, but the player is prioritising a club where he would be a guaranteed starter.
