Martin Dury, who only arrived in July from Valencia, has now left his position as Bees assistant manager.

Brentford football chief Phil Giles said: “On behalf of everyone at Brentford, I would like to thank Martin for his work. He has played an important role in setting us up for the season ahead.

Dury, before Valencia, spent time coaching at Bradford City, Manchester United and West Bromwich Albion.
