Villa academy chief Mark Harrison said: “We are delighted that Fletcher has signed his contract extension, having now turned 18.
“Fletcher has settled in well since he joined us last August. He is a very technically efficient midfield player who can handle the ball really well.
“We look forward to seeing how he develops over the next few years.”
