Truffert told L'Equipe: "Every player has that in the back of their mind.
"Afterwards, it's a bit corny, but you have to perform well at your club over time to be called up. I'm focusing on my progress and what comes next will come."
Truffert participated in the 2024 Olympic Games with the French Olympic team, losing in the final to Spain. As a reminder, he was selected for Didier Deschamps' Les Bleus, experiencing a defeat in Denmark (2-0) in September 2022.
