The Manchester Evening News says fans wanting to have the names of United No7s Cristiano Ronaldo, David Beckham and Eric Cantona have been left disappointed.

Due to image rights and licensing issues, United are blocked from selling shirts with the names of their three former stars.
United do not have access to the trademarks to the three ex-players and so cannot licence their names.
Real Madrid are in a similar situation regarding Cristiano Ronaldo and his No7.
