The Arsenal squad will depart London on Saturday for Asia, but it now appears Gyokeres will be left home in Sweden as negotiations rumble on.
Arsenal and Sporting are now close to agreeing a £55m fee, plus £8.7m in bonuses. But nothing is yet signed off.
As such, Gyokeres won't make the departure today as the two clubs haggle over method of payment and bonus fees.
