The Sweden U21 international made his debut last season and had been linked with a loan move to Strasbourg and Udinese.
But Antwi ultimately stayed and told Fotbolskanalen: "I've always only had Chelsea in my heart. That's my main focus right now I would say. The window is closed and I've set out on how well I can do it at Chelsea this season. But obviously Strasbourg is a great club, about which I have nothing bad to say."
On his first team chances, Antwi continued: "It's really a matter of time. Time will tell, it depends on the coach and myself. How hard I decide to work and how well I decide to play. It can happen next week, in a month or a year - it all depends."
On his debut in the Europa Conference League last season, he added: "I felt so privileged and blessed.
"That was great, I really enjoyed it. It felt like a dream come true, because you've worked so hard to be in that position - and in the end you're there. It just felt surreal, seeing all the big players, it was just a crazy moment."
