The Mirror says Amorim has told United chiefs Sesko can help Hojlund with the increased competition to help both young players.
In Sesko's case, meanwhile, Amorim believes he can bring on the Slovenian's game just as he did at Sporting CP with Viktor Gyokeres, now of Arsenal.
United are now in talks with RBL about a fee for Sesko this week.
