Everton table opening bid for Southampton superkid Dibling

BBC Sport says Saints have rejected a £27m offer from Everton for the teenage winger.

Saints are said to rate Dibling closer to £100m.

Everton are expected to soon return with an improved offer for the England U21 international.

Also interested are Manchester United and Chelsea, who Dibling signed for as a 16 year-old before being released back to Southampton after a couple of months.
