The pair showed themselves swapping shirts, though it appears the snap earned a backlash for Amad from United fans.
The winger has since deleted all posts on his Instagram and X accounts with it suggested Amad's actions were due to the reaction of United fans.
Amad started for United in yesterday's win, with Garnacho left on the bench by Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca.
