MLS have suspended Messi for the weekend clash with FC Cincinnati after he skipped the All-Star game.

The former Barcelona star rejected selection for the game, citing no reason at the time.
Inter Miami coach Javier Mascherano has since defended the decision, claiming Messi was 'fatigued' and needed to rest.
MLS rules state than anyone who skips the All-Star Game without an injury has to accept a one-match ban.
Inter Miami fullback Jordi Alba has also been suspended after he chose to snub All-Star selection alongside Messi.
