With Oviedo now close to relegation, the Arsenal hero was asked about his plans this summer.
He said: "I already made the decision a few weeks ago. It is neither day nor time, it is agreed with the club, above the future. I have decided. I will officially communicate it with the club.
“Everything has a beginning and an end, I am focused on finishing the season well, then by consensus with the club we will communicate the decision."
Cazorla added: “I'll have to stop and see what my body asks of me.
"My life is linked to football. I don't know the function. I still feel like a footballer, it's what I would like to do all my life but you have to step aside sometimes."
