Speaking on Spanish TV on Wednesday, he claimed to have agreements to bring Man City duo Rodri and Erling Haaland to the club this summer.
Haaland’s father and agent have since dismissed the claims, calling them “very entertaining”, Rodri, however, was a little more open.
Speaking ahead of Spain’s pre-World Cup friendly against Iraq, Rodri said: “I'm here to speak about the World Cup.
“Everything related to my future, will have to wait until after the World Cup.”
