Jude Bellingham and Fede Valverde have been accused to driving the dressing room revolt against sacked Real Madrid coach Xabi Alonso.

OkDiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, in his regular segment on El Chiringuito, said two major reasons were the cause of Xabi's demise - which came after their Super Cup final defeat to Barcelona in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Inda began: "Bellingham and Valverde, not Vinicius, were the ones who made things ugly. There was a big little rebellion in the locker room during the Super Cup, which I think was justified.

"There was apathy and frustration from those two players to the coach and that was the second big reason that caused the departure from Real Madrid of Xabi Alonso."

The other big trigger for the departure was explained by Inda.

"Xabi didn't want (Antonio) Pintus as a fitness trainer. There were protests by these two players, they arrived late for meals, they made several ugly episodes in Arabia... It was one of the reasons that led to the coach's dismissal. It must be said Bellingham, Valverde and (Kylian) Mbappé had complained about the tactics of the coach to the board months ago.

"Mbappé did not act crazy, but he also expressed his doubts months ago."

Inda also said: "Of the critics of the coach, those who have been the most active were Bellingham and Valverde. Vinicius has been critical, but he has not made any trouble. The coach was killed by the coach. If Xabi Alonso had not done certain things, he would not have lost certain games, if physical preparation were not a disaster, he would have continued."
