With Barca free and clear at the top of the LaLiga table, Freixa admits he's enjoying see Real Madrid players struggle under Arbeloa.
He told Radio Marca: “Said by a Barcelona fan, he’s a perfect coach; I’d put his press conferences on pay-per-view."
Freixa, who has ruled himself out of contesting next month's presidential election, is also encouraged by news of Barca's interest in Atletico Madrid striker Julian Alvarez.
He said: “Talking about players like him is very sensational.
"Does he have the profile for Barça? Yes, he does. Does that mean we should go after him without any strategy? No. It depends on the planning and the sporting director.”
