"I just suppose it is normal. He is an extraordinary player," he said. "There is interest from Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona and other teams. But it is nothing we are concerned about."

According to Mundo Deportivo, Atletico are confident they’ll be able to retain the services Alvarez despite the interest.

It’s understood that, with the imminent departure of Antoine Griezmann, the club will be able to use the money freed up by his wages to offer Alvarez better terms.
