After weeks of bureaucratic procedures, the Catalan club has completed the deal for Tavares from Championship club Norwich.

A verbal agreement between the parties had already been reached in January, but the transfer has only now been definitively ratified.
Tavares, an England U17 international, chose the Blaugrana project despite strong interest from several German clubs, including RB Leipzig, attracted by his profile and the possibility of quickly integrating him into their youth academies.
What made the difference, however, was the development plan presented by Barça.
The teenage winger will travel to Barcelona on Sunday, with a medical scheduled for Monday.
