He explained, "It's true that we agreed to talk at the end of the season. What needs to be emphasized is that the coach and his staff are completely focused on the club's interests, putting them above their own.
"They don't want to discuss anything right now, but simply concentrate on achieving the objective. We'll talk after that.
"I'm neither optimistic nor pessimistic; right now, what we want is to qualify for the Champions League for the second year in a row. I think it's a very commendable attitude on the part of the coaching staff, who are putting the club's objective before their own."
