The Italy international later said: "When you don't concede, it is always good.
"When you make a lot of saves, it is the best feeling you can have. It is a big point, but they probably deserved more. We were a little bit lucky in terms of the outcome.
"We had the capability and the opportunity to be more creative and effective when we attack. Today, we didn't show it, but we have all the qualities to do it in our next games."
