Garnacho was left in England while Man United headed to the USA for their pre-season tour after been told to find a new club.
Chelsea came close to signing the Argentina international in January but were ultimately rebuffed by Man United as they didn’t want to lose him to a rival mid-season.
Napoli are also interested in the winger but it’s understood Garnacho’s preference is to remain in the Premier League and join a club competing in next season’s Champions League.
